Pre-Mature Warrant of Distraint and/or Levy (WDL) and Garnishment (WG)

This controversy can be best used as an argument in filing a protest against NOD, PAN, FLD, or FDDA. This argues that the issuance of Warrant of Distraint and/or Levy and Warrant or Garnishment is pre-mature since there was inaction on the part of the revenue officials to act upon the taxpayer's protest even if it was timely submitted.
