Barangay Officials are Unauthorized to Receive a BIR Letter/Notice

This template is used to inform the Barangay Officials that they are not allowed to act for and on behalf of the taxpayer and also encouraging them not to accept and receive any written communication address to the taxpayer.

How to use this template:

1. Read and understand the content of the template before providing the details needed.
2. Produce the attachments needed.
3. Print enough copies and affix your signature. 
4. File personally to Barangay having jurisdiction over your place of business as well as to other agencies concerned. 
5. Keep at least one receiving copy for future reference. 

Note: 

• This template cannot be used alone. Must be paired with a header (your own header) and Prayer-Signature.
