Manual for Oplan Kandado

Oplan Kandado (OK) as it is commonly known, refers to either the overt or covert  surveillance of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and in miniature includes short term surveillance known to be Tax Mapping.

This book is designed and developed to help and assist, first, the accountants, bookkeepers and consultants and most importantly, the taxpayers, on how to behave, act and react before, during and after a surveillance operations. It offers immediate reliefs and solutions in complying with the requirements of OK with the end view to significantly reduce the incident of graft and corruption that an OK brings. Furthermore, it discusses the due process that needs to be followed strictly by the revenue officers involved.
