Expenses per AITR/AFS Greater than BIR Form 1604E- Alphalist

This controversy can be best used as an argument in filing a protest against NOD, PAN, FLD, or FDDA. Use this argument when the taxpayer is assessed with withholding tax deficiencies for the expenses/purchases not included in the BIR Form 1604E/Alphalist but included in the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR)/Audited Financial Statements (AFS).
