60-Day Period to Submit Pieces of Evidence in Support to Preliminary Assessment Notice (PAN) Protest

This controversy can be best used as an argument in filing a protest against PAN or FLD. It states the rights of the taxpayer to submit the relevant documents within sixty (60) days from the date of filing of the protest against the PAN if in case the revenue officers insist that the submission of relevant documents already lapsed the fifteen (15) day period given to respond to the PAN.
